About the project
Millow is a cuddly cat that helps you sleep: by improving your sleep pattern, lowering your stress level and only waking you up when you're ready. After the concept phase I used Arduino to build lo-fi prototypes of the key features.
Result
Millow
Millow measures your sleep and shows how well you slept through its facial expression.
Stroking Millow lowers your stress level so you fall asleep more easily.
Millow tracks your sleep rhythm and wakes you at the perfect moment.
